Established in 1996, Qingdao Huanghai Air Chamber Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is situated in Qingdao --a city in possession of convenient transportation, developed industry and prosperous commerce. At the beginning of the establishment, our firm mainly focused on manufacturing and operating single-model air chambers. But through a ten-year development course, currently we can manufacture varieties of well-equipped air chambers extensively applicable to shipbuilding and ship repairing, salvaging and relevant water-borne projects. At present, various air chambers of our firm all belong to national patent products and are manufactured exclusively.
Our solid technological strength and superior production techniques have won extensive reliance from the clients and also gained a favorable reputation as well as social benefits for our company. Owing to our complete production equipment, high-quality products and rich capacity, our firm has received broad recognition and compliment from all clients. Currently, numerous shipbuilding enterprises along rivers, seas as well as internal waters and lakes (such as Changjiang River and the Yellow River) have used our products and thus have established steady relationships with our plant. It's noteworthy that our products are also distributed to large-scale shipbuilding enterprises in Southeast Asia.
II. Technological Overview of Enterprise
Through repeated tests and elaborate research, the technicians of our plant have developed the new-generation gasbag products with high technological content -huanghai Brand high-strength weaving double purpose air chamber series. The three new products of MLD-V Model (with flute-shaped protective layer), MLG-H Model (all-steel wire layer) and MLG-T Model (weaved plane air chamber) have been granted the national patents, and thus belong to exclusively manufactured and operated products around China.
As the high-strength weaved double purpose air chambers - MLD-V Model and MLG-H Model were launched in the market, the problem of ship landing and launching, which is quite common among various boats and ships in China and abroad, has been solved. On the one hand, this series of products possesses reasonable design, well-selected materials, refined structure and reliable security. On the other hand, as for the manufacturing techniques, they improve bearing, stamping and extruding strength of air chambers. Meanwhile, such products also have such advantages as fine elastic performance in protective layer, strong buffering power and long service life.
III. Development Prospect of Enterprise
To adapt to the development requirement of Qingdao industry, pursue rapid development for our enterprise and keep our firm in an invincible position among the market competition, our enterprise is now preparing for moving our factory to Yuhuangling Industrial Park of Chengyang District, Qingdao City. This industrial Park enjoys a more pleasing environment and possesses well-equipped facilities that are more adaptable to our production and operation. It also has more convenient transportation conditions as it takes only five minutes to drive to Qingdao Liuting International Airport. The settlement in this Industrial Park shall help our plant a lot to develop more rapidly. Our firm is planning to purchase a land of over 10000 square meters in this industrial park, and this project is in negotiation now. After the establishment of our factory, our enterprise shall become an air chamber manufacturer with export qualification. Based on the topping factory and optimum production facilities, our firm shall have a considerably high production capacity to meet both domestic and international market demands.
